This is a new and dynamic concept, and we would like to look at ways to make it more relevant to you, our customer.
As a fair trade & ethical agent, we offer a complete solution, providing services to both the Producer, such as supply chain development, and to the Retailer, ensuring high quality reliable supply. Ultimately, by our understanding of the supply chain process from the perspective of the retailer, we are helping Producers with their on-going transition to volume production.
Until recently ethical products have been seen as a niche market, however, slowly the tide is turning and opportunities are opening up with retailers interested in giving back to those communities who have supported their business growth for many years.
Our dedicated team are committed to meeting the needs of international retailers and brands through fair pricing; impeccable quality; reliable, on-time delivery; and of course ensuring that all our producers are well supported and cared for. We also encourage you to work on a long term investment plan to meet your on-going sourcing needs and support our producers in their aspirations towards a more stable & sustainable future.
